Progress

The green piece is finally reading the way I wanted — the stripes hold the light differently at this hour. Still fighting the bottom third.

Palette from this week. Cadmium, cobalt, a lot of bone black. I keep the mess — it tells me where a painting has been.

Studio visit. Good to talk the work through out loud with someone who sees it cold. We stood with the new canvases for an hour.
